Can't get enough of "Teen Wolf" Season 5's new cast member Cody Christian?

The premiere of the highly anticipated hit television series "Teen Wolf" Season 5 has been aired, and one of the remarkable parts shown during the premiere was the introduction of a new wolf named Theo who knew Scott back in the day.

Theo is played by Cody Christian, the 20-year-old hunk actor who has previously appeared in other supernatural TV shows such as "True Blood." You are not alone if his nice body and beautiful face caught your attention the first time you saw him on "Teen Wolf" Season 5.

For the ladies, simply gazing at the beauty is enough. For the male fans of the TV series, they might want to know what Cody's workout routine is.

The official Instagram account of this "Teen Wolf" Season 5 new cast member shows how his hard work has been paying off. At 20, he has developed biceps and triceps, a toned upper body and an overall fit physique.

Cody Christian frequents the gym doing various workout routines. One of which is a kick exercise, hitting on a dropped punching bag on the corner of a boxing ring. He does this by wearing what seemed to be a ninja costume.

Fortunately, he is among the minor end of the fitness enthusiasts who remember to devote some time for a "leg day." In one of his YouTube videos, the "Teen Wolf" Season 5 actor is shown doing a set of squats while carrying weights over his shoulders.

Cody Christian also loves doing some cardio exercises as revealed in his Instagram posts, as well as engaging in the thrills provided by the firing range.

But perhaps one thing he would never forget after hitting the gym is chomping on some Chipotle Mexican Grill delights as his post-workout routine.

Prior to his role in "Teen Wolf" Season 5, Cody Christian has had a wide share of acting credits from the day he reportedly started his first onscreen role when he was 11 years old. He was previously seen on TV series "Pretty Little Liars," parody movie "The Starving Games," and another supernatural series "True Blood."

"[Acting] wasn't something I was born with, something I knew I had to pursue," he shared in a report by Regard Mag. "From that day until now, an ember of passion sparked into an uncontrollable wildfire. I've just been standing back, watching it burn, and allowing it to take it's course."
