Human Barbie doll replica, Valeria Lukyanova became an Internet sensation earlier this year after she underwent surgery to drastically change her appearance to make her look more like a Barbie.
The real life human Barbie was recently interviewed by V Magazine in New York where she opened up about why she decided to drastically change her looks.
Lukyanova, 21, refers to herself as "most famous woman of the Russian-speaking Internet" and often uses the alias "Amatue," which means sun goddess. She comes from the Moldavian city of Tiraspol, and currently has 466 videos uploaded to her YouTube account with over 16 million views and 535,000 Facebook fans.
