Women all over the world felt envious when Kate Middleton's post-baby body was shown a month after she gave birth to Princess Charlotte.
She showed off a perfectly slim body while spending some time with her son, Prince George, during Prince William's polo game at the Festival of Polo in Gloucestershire last week. However, some observers expressed their concern over the Duchess of Cambridge's drastic slimdown.
According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, Kate Middleton's post-baby body was achieved by breaking doctor's orders. She was reportedly instructed to lose the weight slowly to protect her health.
"Kate worked out while she was pregnant, and now does yoga twice a week, and goes swimming almost daily at a new pool at Anmer Hall on the grounds of the Sandringham Estate, where the family now lives," a dietician reportedly told Star Magazine.
On the other hand, People magazine reported that her tone bod had been due to an elite fitness regimen by an unnamed fitness instructor who worked with clients in London's high society.
"It's a lot of money, but you get a lot for the price," a source reportedly revealed. "The trainer checks in remotely with Kate by phone every day as well as seeing her in person once a week."
She also follows a diet plan containing organic food. However, US Weekly reported that she is not dieting but is instead drinking fresh green juice in the morning. Her sister Pippa reportedly arranged to have the juice delivered to her every three days.
Nevertheless, comments still poured in about the future Queen's "borderline anorexia" and according to Celebrity Laundry, Queen Elizabeth herself "was rumored to have put her foot down and forced Kate to shape up."
Do you think Duchess Kate Middleton's post-baby body is too drastic? Or is does she look the same as she did before giving birth to Princess Charlotte?
