The CW finally released their complete fall schedule this year, including "The Originals" season 3's premiere date. According to Deadline, executive producer Julie Plec's vampire-centered shows have all been grouped into a Thursday showing.
Its former timeslot on Mondays will be occupied by a new comedy series, "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend", to match the Golden Globe-nominated show "Jane The Virgin".
But what should fans look forward to in "The Originals" season 3?
According to Entertainment Weekly, there will be a four-month time jump when the season premieres this fall. The time gap from the season two finale will not improve Hayley's situations.
"Word on the street is there's a four-month time jump when the show returns, but Hayley is still in wolf form. Suffice it to say, she's only getting more pissed at her baby daddy," the report said.
Phoebe Tonkin herself previously revealed that her character will be very pissed with Klaus eventhough she understood the reason behind his actions.
However, will Klaus be scrambling to undo the curse that Dahlia trapped Hayley and her pack in? According to EW's spoiler scoop, it would be the complete opposite.
"Meanwhile, Klaus refuses to even help anyone find a way to free her from the Crescent Curse," the report added.
Klaus' refusal to help Hayley out will most likely anger his brother, Elijah, as well. The prim and proper original vampire's complicated relationship with Klaus has already worn thin. The only reason why he's staying in New Orleans at all is to become a positive influence on Hope at Hayley's request.
"I think the rift between them is going to precipitate the chain of events," Gillies previously told TheWrap in an interview. "It's not just a begrudging alliance now - it's an alliance on its last thread of trust."
Klaus' indifference to Hayley's predicament would definitely add more to the tension between the brothers.
Klaus will have to deal with the consequences of his action last season when "The Originals" season 3 premieres on Oct. 8.
