This year didn't just see an S Club 7 reunion. Members Hannah Spearritt and Paul Cattermole also rekindled their relationship.
The two bandmates and former lovers were spotted kissing each other on the London Tube after the news of their relationship broke over the weekend, according to Mirror.
"They looked completely loved up and couldn't take their hands off each other," an insider reportedly said.
"Paul looked absolutely smitten and kept staring into Hannah's eyes," the entertainment news site quoted another witness as saying. The reunited couple reportedly kept kissing each other throughout the packed train ride.
Fans may be excited over the seemingly romantic reunion but Spearrit's ex-fiance, Adam Thomas, was devastated over the news.
According to the Sunday People, the "Don't Stop" singer suddenly ditched the fitness training instructor "out of the blue".
The jilted fiancé was surprised that Spearritt "moaned to me until she was blue in the face" about how much Cattermole gained weight but was now suddenly back together with him.
"He'd moved into my bed before it'd got cold - that's the biggest kick in the teeth," Thomas added.
They met in 2013 and eventually got engaged after seven months of dating. When S Club 7 reunited for "Children In Need" last year, however, Spearritt became increasingly busy. The schedule put a strain to their relationship which ended up with them taking a break.
Before he knew it, the 34-year-old singer had already "moved on". Selfies of Hannah Spearritt and Paul Cattermole together started pouring into the former couple's shared iCloud account.
"We hadn't drifted apart. She cut off emotionally," Thomas continued to reveal. "She was like a different person. I don't ever want to see Hannah or speak to her again."
Thomas also revealed that he was currently in counselling and is taking anti-depressants because of the breakup.
Hannah Spearritt and Paul Cattermole were together on and off from 2002 to 2006.
