Before the season 3 starts, Dean Norris who plays Big Jim Rennie offered some possible plot spoilers for the fans during an interview with FOX News.
Now, Season 3 is going to show Big Jim Rennie as Chester's Mills' only remaining city councilman.
"This year, it reboots," Norris told FOX411. "Big Jim has had his rage, so he is back to wanting to save the town. He's the guy who might not be a great neighbor, but he's the guy you want helping out when the aliens ... or whatever ... come to the dome. Everybody else is taken in by the shenanigans but Big Jim, with his sarcasm, sees through it all."
Furthermore, Norris revealed a possible altercation between his character and Marg Helgenberger's Christine Price, as she decides to take the leadership position to Chester's Mill.
"They're antagonistic," Norris said. "Not at first. But then Big Jim realizes that she might not be the person she says she is. And they get into it midway. We are going to tangle."
He also teased that fans need not to watch seasons 1 and 2 to get updated because the two hour "Under the Dome" season 3 episode 1 and 2 premiere will definitely bring the story up-to-date.
"We get the dome down and then we're going to deal with the people who are controlling it," Norris teased.
