It's been almost a decade since Denise Richards filed for a divorce from Charlie Sheen, but it seems that the actor is still bitter about their failed relationship.
The two started dating in 2001 and got married in 2002. They have two daughters named Sam J. Sheen and Lola Rose Sheen.
The actress decided to file for a divorce in 2005, but they still tried to give it another chance by seeking the help of a marriage counselor.
Unfortunately, things didn't work out and Denise proceeded with the divorce in 2006 and sought restraining order against Charlie because of alleged death threats.
While most fathers are celebrating Father's Day yesterday, the star of the TV series "Anger Management" spent that day ranting on Twitter and it involved his ex-wife.
According to E! Online, Charlie Sheen started ranting Sunday afternoon when he wrote,
"Brooke M is a sexy rok star whom I adore D Richards a heretic washed up piglet Shame pile Happy Father's Day!!!"
The 49-year-old actor must be referring to his former wife Brooke Mueller whom he also have two children. He was married to the 27-year-old actress from 2008 to 2011.
The website reported that his Twitter ranting got worse when he started writing an open letter to the media. Charlie Sheen's letter included nasty comments about Denise Richards calling her things like the "worst mom alive!" and "evil terrorist."
Instead of slamming her ex-husband for everything he said about her, the 44-year-old actress tried to play it cool and even greeted the former "Two and a Half Men" actor on Father's Day. "Happy Dad's Day! @CharlieSheen have a great trip in Mexico!" she wrote on Twitter. "Kids were disappointed u weren't here for it-Hey we'll celebrate when u r back!"
Last Christmas, the controversial actor also ranted about how her ex was trying to keep him away from his own family but again the actress tried to be nice to him. "@CharlieSheen U done ranting? Keep it classy dude," Denise Richards wrote on Twitter. "Our kids don't need to be privy to this, U are welcome 2 spend xmas w/ us Hope u still come."
