Following the success of her movie, "Fifty Shades of Grey," Dakota Johnson is now working on a new romantic comedy film called "How to be Single."
And while she has been rumored to have broken up with herx boyfriend Matthew Hitt, the Drowners guitarist reportedly surprised his girlfriend on the set of her new movie.
"It seems Dakota Johnson brought her boyfriend to work on Monday," Daily Mail reported.
"The 25-year-old actress was seen holding hands with Matthew Hitt, 28, as they left the set of her new romantic comedy, 'How To Be Single,' in New York City.
"The Fifty Shades Of Grey star led her beau off the premises, perhaps taking a break from filming."
Apparently, Johnson and Hitt have really called it quits last year when the actress was still busy with "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie, but according to reports that two have rekindled their romance early this year.
According to Daily Mail, "the 25-year-old actress has split from boyfriend Matthew Hitt, according to US Weekly, just as her erotic film has smashed box office records.
"And her new found fame and success could be the culprit for the breakup as a source told the publication: 'Her life was getting too crazy and it wasn't something that he wanted to be a part of.'"
And while Johnson was single she was accompanied by her dog.
"The 25-year-old actress spent some quality time with her pet pooch, Zeppelin, in New York City," Daily Mail said of Johnson's ways to make her happy after the breakup. "With the pooch safely attached to a leather leash, Dakota was free to take a pleasant walk with her bestfriend and a cup of coffee."
