Aside from the HTC One M8 for Windows, the HTC 8X has been tipped to received the Windows 10 Mobile technical preview.
According to WMPU, the preview will also support Windows Phone Recovery tool too as the update is expected to arrive in the "coming weeks."
As per previous reports Windows 10 Mobile update will be made available to almost Lumia phones with Windows Mobile 8.1 when the OS official released some time in Q3 or Q4 of 2015, while not all Lumia phones will be able to get an early Build release as it is exclusive to Windows Insider Program.
The first Build has been reported to bring new versions of several apps such as Outlook Mail, Outlook Calendar, Phone, Messaging, People, and Maps. It will also feature an early version of the Project Spartan browser, however it won't run as a default browser and will run along with IE 11.
Meanwhile, the new Build 10136 has been released that significantly improved Cortana app, the Photos app, with a few "minor design changes," Phone Arena reported.
The latest Cortana update brings 'more "cohesive" interface, along with new functions such as tracking flights and packages and improved functions such as receiving answers for questions, currency or weather information, or stock quotes, etc.' (via Phone Arena)
But users must note that, if they wished to install the new Build, they must revert back to Windows Phone 8.1 if they've previously installed the Build 10080 and will need to run the Windows Phone Recovery Tool.
In addition, users need to be cautious after installing the new Build 10136, Tech Times reported.
'Once installation is done, the Lock Screen will appear frozen and will stay so for up to 10 minutes. Users must wait it out and not do anything until the date and time eventually appears. Only then can they attempt to unlock their phone. If they do otherwise, this could make their device useless.' (viaChristian Post)
