The Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL will be released through AT&T and T-Mobile.
It was confirmed today that the Lumia 640 XL has been listed on AT&T stores and online which can be purchased starting on June 26th, though only matte black and matte white color variants will be available, WMPU reported.
"Pricing starts at just $.99 with a two-year contract ($249.99 no-contract). You can also purchase the Lumia 640 XL for $0 down on an AT&T Next plan, paying $8.34 per month with 30 device payments on Next 24, $10.42 per month at 24 payments on Next 18, or $12.50 per month at 20 payments on Next 12." Meanwhile, T-Mobile has just started selling the Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL devices.
"The handset carries a tag of $129.84 without any agreement. It is also available on a regular 2-year contract, where-in you'll have to pay $5.41 per month," GSM Arena wrote
Also, thanks to some "internal documents" from WindowsCentral it suggested that the two Lumia devices will be launched today and tipped to be available on Walmart beginning June 20. ( via

The Lumia 640 XL packs a 13MP rear camera with Carl Zeiss f/2.0 optics, and a 5MP front camera for selfies and a larger battery capacity of 3,000 mAh.
