In the last "The Originals" season 3 report, producers revealed that Davina's (Danielle Campbell) newfound powers as Regent of the witches will pose a huge threat to the Mikaelsons in New Orleans.
Betrayed and hurt, the Harvest Girl vowed to destroy the Mikaelsons and this will put Klaus and his family in danger, once again. Will Davina and Klaus (Joseph Morgan) get into an even bigger fight next season? With the powers of the spirits on her side, will she finally win against the hybrid?
"The Mikaelsons, some would argue, are not the best things in the world for the witches," producer Michael Narducci previously revealed. "That's going to put them at odds, assuming there's no larger threat coming for which they might have to unite against. There are a lot of different ways this could play out."
Davina had been left angered and betrayed after Elijah (Daniel Gillies) and Rebecca (Claire Holt) switched Kohl's ashes with their mother's in order for Klaus' plan to get rid of their dangerous Aunt Dahlia to work. This left the young witch devoid of the one chance she has of bringing her boyfriend back from the dead.
The question is, if she does finally get to raise Kohl from the dead, will he join her fight against Klaus? Or will the forgiveness the brothers shared thwart Davina's plans for revenge?
Meanwhile, aside from Davina's rise to power, it looks like there will be more girl bonding time in "The Original" season 3.
Pheobe Tonkin, who plays Klaus' baby mama, Hayley, previously revealed how excited she was with Riley Voelkel's, who plays their eldest sister Freya, promotion to series regular.
"My favorite storylines on our show are the ones with the girls working together for the greater good, and not talking about men. Now that we have four girls - me, Riley [Voelkel], Leah [Pipes] and Danielle [Campbell] - I'm excited for storylines with us four," she gushed.
"The Originals" season 3 will be coming to the CW this Fall.
