Creators of the hit animated band Gorillaz, Damon Albern and Jamie Hewlett have recently released a new versions of 2D, Murdoc, Noodle and Russel.
Along with the new release, Gorillaz is expected to come up with a new album as well.
While the English virtual band has yet to reveal further details, it's expected that they will finally end their hiatus and launch a new album.
Hewlett has posted its big come back on Instagram.
In a previous interview with Billboard, Damon Albarn had briefly talked about "Gorillaz" previous album titled "The Fall," where he confessed that the album was just made entirely with iPad.
"I literally made it on the road," Albarn said of the last album. "I didn't write it before, I didn't prepare it. I just did it day by day as a kind of diary of my experience in America. If I left it until the New Year to release it then the cynics out there would say, 'Oh well, it's been tampered with', but if I put it out now they'd know that I haven't done anything because I've been on tour ever since."
"I would imagine there's some kind of future, but at the moment there's no time for the future - only the present," he said. "Who knows? I'm reluctant to say anything [about Blur], because if I do, it just gets taken out of context and then I'm accused of being a wind-up."
