Will fans of "Fifty Shades of Grey" finally get what they want?

While the original movie undoubtly earned huge success in the box office, it did receive mix reviews from the critics and viewers alike.

Nonetheless, there will be a sequel to E.L. James' best selling novel and rumor has it that "Man of Steel" star Henry Cavill is going to play a role in the movie adaptation.

Movie News Guide reported that Superman is who is said to be the choice of director Sam Taylor-Johnson for the lead male role, Christian Grey, is eyed to play the role of a bad guy.

Apparently Henry Cavill is going to play Jack Hyde in the sequel titled "Fifty Shades Darker," once things are settled.

Jack Hyde is "described as a man with with sensual blues eyes that can pierce your heart."

The Examiner added that they have different sources confirming the involvement of "Man of Steel" Henry Cavill star in the upcoming sequel.

"Numerous sources have rumors circulating that Cavill might be cast as Anastasia Steele's commanding boss (and sometimes considered an antagonistic "villain"), Jack Hyde," the publication stated. "While difficult to define him as a complete enemy in the books, he does have some devious plans in store for Ana as well as a dark past and some serious history with - and angst towards - the Greys."

The sequel titled, "Fifty Shades Darker" will continue to tell the story of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele following the events of "Fifty Shades of Grey."

However, it's not only Mr. Grey who's Ana would have to deal with, a new man in her life named Jack Hyde is going to somehow disrupt their romance.

"But desire for Christian still dominates her every waking thought, and when he proposes a new arrangement, Anastasia cannot resist. They rekindle their searing sexual affair, and Anastasia learns more about the harrowing past of her damaged, driven and demanding Fifty Shades," the summary said.

"Fifty Shades of Grey" movie sequel is reportedly going to be released sometime in 2017, but no director is still on board following the controversial exit of director Sam Taylor-Johnson
