"Dragon Ball: Extreme Butoden" might get a Western release following its exclusive release in Japan.
According to IGN, Bandai Namco's latest instalment on the "Dragon Ball Butoden" series has been rated by the Australian Classification Board, "the government organization responsible for rating media for sale in Australia."
Siliconera added that presumably "Dragon Ball: Extreme Butoden" will get a North American and European release since an English dub is already in progress. Also, the fact that it has been spotted on the classification board its release might be imminent as the game will be available for retail in Japan today.
Ahead of its release in Japan, a pool of characters has been revealed through a trailer published online yesterday. Some of the characters were such as oku, Kid Gohan, Vegeta, and Majin Buu, and support characters Tien, Recoome, Korin, Turtle, Super Uub, Mercenary Tao, Hercule, and The Great Saiyaman and a few assist ones.
Bandai Namco also added that a new character, the Great Ape, "will help players during matches by unleashing a really powerful attack that seems rather difficult to avoid." (via Geeksnack)
In addition to the list of characters, demo players who have saved their data may unlock Saiyan God Super Saiyan Goku upon purchasing the full version which costs 5,690 yen (about US$47).
