An upcoming Microsoft Lumia flagship has been certified in Indonesia which new rumors speculate this could be the Lumia 940.
According to WMPoswerUser the mysterious Lumia phone has a model number of RM-1104 which has 'similar designation' like the RM-1106.
As per Nokia Power User previous report, the upcoming Microsoft flagships RM-1104 and RM-1106 were dubbed as 'Talkman' and 'Cityman' respectively.
The RM-1104, believed to be the Lumia 940 has been reportedly to feature a 5.2-inch display (2560×1440), a 3GB RAM and an onboard 32GB of internal storage. As for its camera it will feature a 20 MP rear camera, presumably with PureView technology, while its processor is still unspecified but could be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 or 808.
While the RM-1106 or the larger Lumia 940 XL will sport a 5.7inch QHD display, and expected to come with the same processor and camera technology like the Lumia 940. Also a 3000mAh removable battery is baked in the these flagships. (via ,UnleashThePhones )
In addiiton, the Redmond giant has taken a bigger leap against Android and iOs as it is said to skip fingerprint scanner as a biometric authentication and will instead use an iris scanner; and a docking station that can be connected as an accessory, or will work as a standalone computer like the Motorola Atrix and some features like a 3D-interaction.
GSMArena added that the Lumia 940 will feature a USB Type C connector, "which may be used for the Continuity feature, which can switch between touch mode and desktop mode. Type C connectors can carry data, video and power simultaneously, making the setup simpler."
As for its release, it is rumored to be unveiled in mid-September just months after the Windows 10 OS official release in all platforms.
