Contrary to reports claiming that former "Vampire Diaries" star Nina Dobrev is depressed following her abrupt exit from the show, the 26-year-old Bulgarian-Canadian actress is actually having the time of her life.
In a recent interview with Style Caster Dobrev said that she's "having a good time and enjoying life!" while on her Instagram-documented road trip
Despite claims of being bitter about the show, she even gladly talked about her former characters in "Vampire Diaries," when asked which is her favorite when it comes to looks.
"I feel like we're all so unique and different in that way," she answered.
"Caroline is a little bit more of the princess. She's more put together. Elena is more casual. Katherine wore a lot of makeup. I don't know. It's hard to choose just one! I think they're all unique and different in their own way. I like to embrace everyone's personality and whatever they like to accentuate."
Previous reports claimed that Nina Dobrev is suffering from depression following her exit fromt he vampire-themed series.
Apparently, Nina has been having troubles in trying to land a role for a movie, which reportedly was the reason why she left the show.
Celebrity Dirty Laundry reported that Ian Somerhalder's ex-girlfriend now repents her decision in quitting the show.
"Nina Dobrev has been spending time with her friends dealing with the fact that she could not find a job as easily as she would have liked," the publication reported. "A source recently said that Nina is having a hard time after realizing that there are way more actresses in Hollywood than there are movie roles."
Furthermore, the publication claimed that Nina Dobrev's recent road trip is actually a way to "escape from the reality of unemployment."
"But it is only a matter of time before she will have to come face to face with the realization that she may have to return to The Vampire Diaries," it said.
