"The girl I fell in love with, ain't the girl I got now," Calvert says in the trailer.

The news came out after she has been accused of drug addiction- specifically pain killers, but a source of Us Weekly close to Leah vehemently denied this rumor and claims that the 23-year-old reality star checked herself in the rehab for depression and stress.

"I've been accused of being an unfit mother, abusing drugs," Leah said in a new preview of 'Teen Mom 2'

For the meantime, ex-Corey Simms and wife Miranda are looking after Ali and Aleeah, while Adalynn is being taken cared by Leah's sister Victoria until she leaves rehab, Daily Mail reported.

Leah's exes are reportedly seeking for primary custody who both hired the same "high conflict" lawyer Rusty Webb.

"Webb confirms to Radar that he represents both Simms and Calvert, the father of Messer's 2-year-old daughter Adalynn, but refuses to comment on either case," Radar Online wrote.

Life & Style added that, "Jeremy's plan was to swoop in once Leah went to rehab and get an emergency hearing."

"Corey was considering it, too."

But according to Radar Online, "both Calvert and Simms allegedly agreed to put the custody fights on hold while Messer is in rehab."

The sixth season of Teen Mom 2 returns on MTV on July 9 which also features other teen moms Jenelle Evans, Chelsea Houska, and Kailyn Lowry - premieres July 9 on MTV.
