"Supernatural" star Jared Padalecki has been playing Sam Winchester for 10 years now and he has been doing an amazing job. So when rumors of the 32-year-old actor leaving the show started to circulate, fans couldn't help but panic.
The speculations supposedly began when Padalecki cancelled public appearancesfor conferences in Rome and Australia, reported Latin Post.
"Dear #JIBCON and #AHBL6. I am in desperate and urgent need of my family. I am so sorry to tell you this but I must head home," he tweeted, following his departure from JIBCON 2015 last month.
Thankfully, his manager dispelled the rumors with a positive statement later on.
"Jared wanted everyone to know he loves meeting his fans around the world and was very upset at having to cancel his trips to Rome and Australia," E! News quoted the statement.
According to his rep, "Supernatural" star Jared Padalecki "pushed himself to his limits and is suffering from exhaustion", causing him to forgo public events to recover.
"His SPN family is so important to him, and he asks that they Always Keep Fighting," the statement continued. "At this time he needs to be home with his family."
Fans need not worry since he's already "doing better" and will reportedly join the filming for 'Supernatural' season 11 this July.
"For now he's taking a break, but is so appreciative of his fans, and sees and feels their love and support," Padalecki's rep added.
Meanwhile, International Business Times UK thinks that Lucifer, Michael or even God himself will have to appear next season to be able to contain the darkness that Sam, Dean, Castiel, Crowley and Rowena unleashed.
There's also a possibility of the brothers being possessed or infected by "The Darkness" after being swallowed whole by it in the season 10 finale.
Whatever happens to the Winchesters this time, fans can rest assured that "Supernatural" star Jared Padalecki will be there to find a way to stop another apocalypse even if it means letting Lucifer and Michael out of the cage.
