It seems like Demi Lovato is really determined to bring her life back to where it used to be before all the relationship, drugs and alcohol drama came in.
The former Disney star is not only having the time of her life with her relationship with boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama, she is also exploring different scenes with the music industry.
While she's busy working with a new album following her self-titled album "Demi," which was launched in 2013, the singer-actress has now delved into the business side of the music industry.
The "Heart Attack" singer officially announced that she has a new label company called Safehouse Records, which she also co-owns with ex-boyfriend Joe Jonas and manager Phil McIntyre.
"I've worked closely with both Nick and Phil for years and we share the same point of view when it comes to making music," the "Really Don't Care" singer said on an official press release. "It's incredibly exciting to be part of this new company where I'm in control of all aspects of my career. I can't wait to share what we're working on!"
And while her new album will be launched in Safehouse Records, Demil Lovato claimed that her label company is determined to find new artists who are determined to pursue their singing career.
"Our focus at Safehouse Records is to put artists in control of their art while providing them the best tools to manage their careers," she said of her label according to Ryan Seacrest. "Through our partnership with Island Records they will also have access to the best marketing and promotion available."
Meanwhile, manager Phil McIntyre told Billboard that Lovato is going to start writing new songs for the album right after she's done with her tour.
"She's finishing up right now on the last leg of her touring for this year, and we finish it up with a couple of radio shows," McIntyre said. "Then the plan is for her to go back into the studio and start the next creative process. She's already done some songs, but certainly the majority of it will kick off next year."
Furthermore, 22-year-old pop sensation told Ryan Seacrest that there's a lot to be anticipated in her new album, since this is the best that she has to offer following her previous records.
"I've never been more confident in my sound," Demi Lovato said of her new album. "Never been so sure of who I am as an artist. Never felt this hungry and driven. I can't describe my new sound..."
"The only word that comes to mind is authentic. Very very authentic to who I am & the voice I have inside. What I can say is this will be my best work yet... Already game changing music and I've barely scratched the surface on creating this album."
