Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama's relationship is getting deeper and stronger. After getting out of rehab, the 22-year-old singer and her 35-year-old boyfriend have tried to keep a low-profile relationship.

As months go by, they've started becoming more vocal about their feelings for each other. Fans were really happy to see them send each other sweet messages on social media.

The "Really Don't Care" singer is grateful for getting over her mental illness that she decided to launch a campaign called "Be Vocal" to help individuals talk about their sickness.

She admitted that it was difficult for her to talk in public about her mental illness but she has no choice because she's a celebrity.

"Unfortunately, when you're in the public eye, everyone knows your secrets whether you like it or not," the pop star told Huffingtonpost. "I thought it was my responsibility and my purpose to speak about the things I believe in and what I was going through, because I want to use my voice in more ways than just singing."

Demi Lovato also admitted that she still gets anxiety attacks from time to time but she has learned to cope up with that sickness. "On a day-to-day basis if I get anxiety, I just need to take a couple deep breaths because sometimes I feel like I can't catch my breath," she explained.

"Sometimes I'll get very shaky and very scattered. You know restless leg syndrome? It's like restless body syndrome."

Thankfully, Wilmer Valderrama is always there for her when she needs him. The website asked Demi who she calls first when she gets anxiety attack.

"The first call I make is my boyfriend," she said. "He calms me down and makes me feel so much better." However, she admitted that she still seeks professional help.

What's great with their relationship is that they support each other. Despite Demi Lovato's busy schedule, she takes time to be with her boyfriend. Wilmer Valderrama posted a selfie with her girlfriend a few weeks ago.

"So grateful for my little lady.. She flew all the way from Vietnam to Japan, LA to then fly to NYC to support me as we announced @minorityreport at #FOXUpfront, Thank you for sharing this moment in time with me. I love you angel!" he wrote on Instagram.
