ABC TV series is pretty tight-lipped when it comes to new "How to Get Away with Murder" season 2 spoiler.
Aside from the fact that the main cast has lost one of its members, nothing is really said about the hit drama's sophomore run. At the Television Academy Panel attended by HTGAWM cast, fans who are present in the event finally got to know more about the show's return as Viola Davis (Annalise Keating), series creator Pete Nowalk, co-stars Alfred Enoch (Wes Gibbins), and others gladly shared new details about "Murder" season 2.
HTGAWM's finale ended with the Keating 5 on the verge of breaking down. Because of the secrets they kept from each other, their professional life and friendship were dragged.
Come the show's return, it seems all of Annalise's student assistants will have no other choice but stick together. According to a "How to Get Away with Murder" season 2 spoiler by Peter Nowalk, the involved students will remain in each other's orbit.
"Annalise has had a lot of students before work for her. None of them killed her husband," Nowalk said. "So these people are bonded in ways that past students have not been."
The relationship between gay men Connor (Jack Falahee) and Oliver (Conrad Ricamora) is also here to stay. In fact, it will play a big role in "How to Get Away with Murder" season 2.
"It's our goal to treat that in a way that's real and gives representation to a whole community of people that haven't been on network TV in a while," said Nowalk said when asked about the Oliver and Connor's HIV revelation. "Oliver and Connor are very important to me and they have a huge fan base. Their relationship will play a big part in season two."
