Austin Mahone Drops Another New Song Ahead Of His Full Length Album! Is ‘Torture’ About Girlfriend Becky G?

| By

With his upcoming album still in the works, Austin Mahone released a new song to tide his fans over the long wait.

The teen sensation announced the release of his new track, "Torture", which he co-wrote with Robert Villanueva last Wednesday through a Twitter post.

"I wrote this song with @Robert15jgod, wanted to give you guys something for being so patient with #DirtyWork! Enjoy!" the 19-year-old gushed to his followers.

The lyrics for "Torture" talk of the longing he feels at the distance between him and his lady love. Is this song dedicated to his new girlfriend Becky G?

"Every minute without you feels like torture," one of the song's line says and J-14 thinks it's a romantic ode to the "Shower" singer. After all, the hot new couple have been rumored to be writing songs for each other. Mahone even appeared in the music video for Becky G's latest track, "Lovin' So Hard".

Despite the romantic lyrics in Austin Mahone's new song, however, it seems that the teen singers are just enjoying their time together at the moment.

"Am I in love? I'm young," the 18-year-old songstress revealed to E! Online. "I'm doing what young people should do. It's having fun."

Even though the "Can't Stop Dancin'" songstress thinks they're just "having fun", Mahone already considers his friend-turned-girlfriend the first "real relationship" he ever had.

Considering his blossoming feelings for the young Latina, it's not that surprising if Austin Mahone's new song is indeed about his current lady love.

Another bonus for the new lovebirds is that they can work on future collaborations. In fact, they're already working on more material together for Becky G's own album.

"We'll continue to make music together so hopefully it gets out for the fans to hear. I know they're excited to hear it," she further gushed about her new boyfriend help in her music career.
