Singer Pink, who gained 55 pounds while pregnant, has lost all of her baby weight since giving birth to daughter Willow Sage last June and is on the cover of Shape Magazine showing off her fit, toned body.
Pink, whose real name is Alecia Moore, credits a mostly vegetarian diet as part of the reason. (She told Cosmopolitan she still occasionally eats chicken and fish)
Pink is very athletic and has a regimen of workouts that include an hour of cardio and an additional hour of strength-training or yoga.
In the interview, Pink shares that while she was pregnant, she ate anything in sight. "I ate a lot of cheesecake during those nine months. Also anything sour, Sour Skittles, Sour Patch Kids, Key Lime Pie...," she explained.
Pink says she lost the 55 pounds thanks to a consistent gym routine and strict vegan diet.
On the cover of the magazine, Pink flaunts her set of washboard abs wearing a sheer black crop top and bikini.
"I'm an athlete so I have to be strong," Pink told People in September, "It was hard work."
Pink follows a mostly vegetarian diet (but still occasionally eats chicken and fish) and recently treated her husband, Carey Hart, to a vegan feast in San Francisco to celebrate his 37th birthday. The couple enjoyed tortellini with fava beans, summer truffles, dinosaur kale and red pearl onions.
Pink previously said that she loves the endorphin rush she gets from rigorous workouts.
"I like feeling strong. It keeps my mental floor higher," she said. "Even if it's a pain in the *ss and you hate working out, the endorphins help."
