Emily Maynard and Jef Holm have been dogged with countless rumors of splitting up, trouble in paradise and they have always put forward a united front to shoot down such rumors. Now it seems they might have actually split - not based on just rumors - but on their recent activity on social media.
The clearest confirmation the cute couple has split comes from Jef Holm himself. Holm has changed his Facebook relationship status from "engaged" to "single."
Just a day earlier, Holm deleted his Twitter profile picture of himself and Emily and replaced with a photo of just him. Holm has also changed his Instagram photo from him and Emily to one of him and a friend at his organization People Water.
Meanwhile, Emily has done a bit of changes herself. Her twitter profile photo is no longer a photo of the couple, but it is now a snapshot of her and daughter, Ricki.
Maynard tweeted "keep on the bright side" and posted a photo of the quote, "She is clothed with strength and dignity and laughs without fear of the future."
Later, Jef wrote, "Can't wait to hang with my mom & sisters in AZ for the next few days. Excited to have another niece! #lovebabies," and retweeted, "#God has a way to heal your sorrow. God has a way to touch your tomorrow. Trust him."
Now a source alleged to be close to the couple, has confirmed to website Wetpaint that the pair have called time completely on their relationship.
'It just happened,' the source told the website. 'They're not together anymore. They're probably going to announce it soon, they just need to figure out how to do it. They're telling people it's over,' they added. 'They were both too unhappy to go on.'
Meanwhile, according to the Daily Mail, Holm's ex-girlfriend claims that she did not only meet up with the People Water CEO, but he also allegedly admitted to a plan concocted by the duo.
Kaylee Shepherd, 21, alleged that she was told by the 28-year-old that he was receiving half of Maynard's salary for The Bachelorette, which is estimated at $150,000, to keep up appearances.
The university student told Us Weekly: 'Jef said their relationship isn't what it seems. It's all basically for TV. He said, "If I was happily engaged I never would have texted you."
