Following huge success with "Mafia 2" the followup titled, "Mafia 3" release date is reportedly going to be announced at E3 2015 in June.
While 2K Czech has yet to release a statement about the ongoing speculations, Tweak Town is confident that the announcement is going to happen during the highly anticipated event.
In addition, Rick Pasqualone, Vito Scaletta's voice actor teased his Twitter followers that they "might have some 'Mafia' news very soon."
And if Video Games Blogger is right, claiming that the third installment to the third-person shooting game "is in the late stages of development and ready for its official reveal soon," fans might hear a "Mafia 3" release date announcement soon.
But despite all the rumblings, 2K Czech is very secretive about the details on "Mafia 3" release date.
In other news, there are also rumors about the game's plot wherein Joe is reportedly going to be the main character.
According to the rumors, the story could delve in Joe's revenge against Leo and Vito, basing on the game's final scenes.
In regard to the new setting IGN is confident that "Mafia 3" could take plae in Louisiana, where it would introduce the three characters namely, Franklin, Tony and Mickey.
"The trio of Louisiana natives are Franklin, Tony and Mickey," the publication claimed. "Franklin is in his early 20s, and 'knows how to get a job done at any cost.' Tony is in his early 30s, and is apparently 'a genius with numbers and statistics who runs sports betting operations.' Finally, Mickey is in his late teens, who 'likes to run his mouth' and acts as a street hustler. Sadly, he can't back his big talk up with much."
