How big are the changes when "Under the Dome" season 3 premiere airs? Massive. According to spoilers released, the show will pickup shortly from where it left off in its sophomore run's finale. The timeline will be the same but the storylines will take a major leap.
"Under the Dome" season 3 premiere is on June 25 so fans need to be prepared with what is about to go down, especially the one about the relationship of Barbie (Mike Vogel) and Julia Shumway (Rachelle Lefevre). Entertainment Weekly's Natalie Abrams shared a spoiler for the CBS sci-fi series and it is something fans of the love team might not like.
Is it too soon for Under the Dome scoop? - Liza
Never too soon! EPs Tim Schlattmann and Neal Baer just sent this over for Spoiler Room: "Fatherhood may be in the cards for Barbie this season, but who is the mother of his child isn't who you might expect." Guesses in the comments!
The writer, however, did not specify if the Barbie will learn about the baby right in the "Under the Dome" season 3 premiere episode. Who is the mother? So far, it is only Julia Barbie had an intimate relationship with inside the indestructible dome.
The new season is expected to get bigger. Proof of that is the addition of "ER" alum Eriq La Salle.
"Eriq La Salle has joined the cast of Under the Dome for its third season," EW reported last month.
"The ER alum, who previously directed a season 2 episode, will play Hektor Martin, a ruthless CEO of the energy company run by Barbie's father. La Salle will also direct the ninth episode of the coming season."
Aside from Vogel, Lefevre, and La Salle, "Under the Dome" season 3 cast also include Alexander Koch as James "Junior" Rennie, new series regular, Eddie Cahill as Sam Verdreaux, Colin Ford as Joe McAlister, Mackenzie Lintz as Elinore "Norrie" Calvert-Hill, and Dean Norris as James "Big Jim" Rennie.
