The teaser video for "Arrow" - "The Flash" spinoff series "Legends of Tomorrow" has taken over the internet a few days ago.
Many are excited in this new show from CW Network that will feature some of the characters that had recurring roles in the two superhero series mentioned above. While the trailer raised the excitement level among comics and non comics fans, it also raised important questions. One of which concerns the character of Caity Lotz, Sarah Lance, who has killed off in the first episode of "Arrow" season 3.
Why is Sarah cast in "Arrow" - "The Flash" spinoff series? How is she alive? Both of these questions were basically answered through the Legends of Tomorrow" teaser. The Lazarus gave her her life back. Now, the bigger question fans ask, why did she not join his friends at Starling City the moment her pulse started beating again?
In a report by Entertainment Weekly, the "Legends of Tomorrow" cast hints her character's move into a new superhero group won't be that smooth, and that is something will be explored come the air date of her new show.
The thing that I like about Sara is she was always battling demons," Caity Lotz told EW's Natalie Abrams' colleague Samantha Highfill when she posed that very question. "She's going to have a roller coaster. She doesn't have a straight path. It's not like, 'Okay, this is where she is, she's going to be good or she's going to be bad.' I think it's going to be a lot of that."
Aside from Lotz, "Legends of Tomorrow" cast includes Wentworth Miller and Dominic Purcell who will continue their "Flash" roles as Captain Cold and Heatwave, respectively, Victor Garber as Dr. Martin Stein, "Arrow" season 3 addition Brandon Routh as The Atom/Ray Palmer, Ciara Renee as Hakwgirl and Arthur Darvill as Rip Hunter.
