While fans are still hopeful for a One Direction reunion, it seems that things are really getting out of hand between former member Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson, making it impossible for the boy band to reunite.
The 22-year-old English singer-composer insisted that he remains friends with his former band mates despite his decision to leave the group.
"My band has been really supportive. They've been cool about it," he previously said in an interview with The Sun. "And they understand that, you know, it's not real to me anymore."
However, Malik and One Direction member Louis Tomlinson doesn't seem to be getting along following a series of Twitter blasting between the two.
"Jesus forgot you were such an in demand producer .... How does it feel to be riding on the back of someone else's career?" Louis Tomlinson tweeted of Naughty Boy's studio photo with Malik.
While Zayn Malik was not the direct target of Tomlinson's comment, the now solo artist was not able to keep it quiet as he told his former band mate to get a life.
"Remember when you had a life and stopped making bitchy comments about mine?" Malik tweeted to Tomlinson.
Louis, who is supposed to be really good friends with Zayn Malik, answered back through a cryptic post saying,
"Remember when you were 12 and you used to think those Mac filters for your pictures were cool haha ! Some people still do HA!" Louis tweeted.
Naughty Dog was not one to keep mum either he tweeted Louis questioning his skills.
"And some people can't even sing.. but who's complaining when there's auto tune eh," he tweeted Louis.
So fans who are hoping for a One Direction, it seems like it's not going to happen anytime soon.
