Finally! the first episode to the highly anticipated anime, "Digimon Adventure Tri" gets a release date.
According to Christian Today, the first epsode titled, "Reunion" will be released on Nov. 21, 2015.
While it did not happen in April, at least fans would still get to see the hit anime sequel this year.
According tot he publication "Digimon Adventure Tri" is set 15 years following the events of season 1, which will bring the original characters back together. Only this time they will be young adults.
The announcement was reportedly made on May 6.
"On Wednesday, May 6th, we're going to get the first promotional video for the new Digimon cartoon, along with a complete voice cast and airing schedule! The details come from here, but it's all in Japanese," the publication revealed.
Anime News Network also reported that new "Digimon Adventure Tri" character designs are already available where it first revealed Yamato Ishida and Gabumon, who are returning to the anime series.
In addition, IGN reported that the anime's original voice actors are all returning to reprise their roles in the sequel.
"We've got our first look at the Digimon in Digimon Adventure Tri, and now have official confirmation that the original Japanese voice cast will return," the publication claimed.
