If there's anything the Mikaelson siblings should know by now, it's the fact that they get the best results when they work together.
For a family that has "always and forever" as a motto, its members have no trust in each other whatsoever. Will they finally become a complete family in "The Originals" season 3?
It looks like producers Michael Narducci and Julie Plec have bigger plans for the siblings next season as they promoted newcomer Riley Voelkel to series regular!
The 25-year-old actress brought Freya Miakelson to life in season two and according to the EP Narducci, being a first-born Mikaelson will make her the best teacher for Hope.
"Freya is going to stick around and help raise [Hope]," Narducci teased to TVLine. "She's allowing Rebekah the chance to go have a life by sticking around. I'm really excited to see what role this new sister is going to have in the family and how she may play off of both of her brothers. I'm really excited about that family dynamic."
Now that Dahlia's gone, she finally has the chance to experience the one thing she desired the most: a family. However, being in the Mikaelson family isn't going to be a walk in the park for Freya in "The Originals" season 3.
"But it's a very difficult family to be around, one that is fraught with emotions and problems and conflicts and feuds," Narducci revealed to Entertainment Weekly. "It's kind of like she inherited this damaged property and so she's going to spend a little bit of time trying to make that property whole, and she may be forced to realize that it's not going to be whole again and she might have to choose one brother or the other."
Will the Mikaelsons ever become a complete family again? It looks like that's going to be a harder task than killing the powerful Dahlia.
