Based on Instagram and Twitter updates, it looks like the "Beauty And The Beast" live-action cast are already looking very close and excited for the upcoming Disney adaptation.
Emma Watson previously shared that while she was excited to play Belle, she's also frightened of having to sing and dance for the film.
"I sing, so that's really unexpected," the "Harry Potter" star reportedly told Total Film Magazine (via The Telegraph) in a previous interview. "I've never had to do that for a film role before, and I think people will be interested to see me do something very different like that."
Two of her co-stars, on the other hand, seem to be all ready to sing their hearts out for the "Beauty And The Beast" movie.
Earlier this month, Luke Evans tweeted a photo of himself in the studio presumably to record songs as the narcissistic villain Gaston. He followed up the picture with another. This time, he made fans even more excited for the film with a snapshot of himself with Josh Gad, who will be playing his sidekick Le Fou.
According to Broadway World, Alan Menken, who won eight Oscar Awards, will be scoring the adaptation. He won two Academy Awards for the 1991 animation of the same film. Meanwhile, Menken and Sir Tim Rice will also be including new songs in the remake.
"Dream Girls" director Bill Condon will be helming the film.
Josh Gad also shared the first photo of the cast together last month around Emma Waton's birthday. Gad and Watson made goofy faces at the camera together with Dan Stevens (who will be taking on the role of the Beast), Luke Evans, and Kevin Kline (who will appear as Belle's father, Maurice).
The star-studded "Beauty And The Beast" movie also confirmed the participation of other amazing actors and actresses. Emma Thompson (Mrs. Potts), Ian McKellan (Cogsworth), Ewan McGregor (Lumiere), Audra McDonald (Garderobe), Stanley Tucci (new character Cadenza), and Gugu Mbatha-Raw (Plumette) have signed on to appear in the film.
Fans of the classic fairy tale will be able to see the live-action version when it hits cinemas on March 17, 2017.
