Almost everyone wanted to be part of "Zoolander 2" and the latest celebrity to show interest is Kit Harington. During an interview with the Daily Mail, the "Game of Thrones" star talked about his latest movie and shared his thoughts on Ben Stiller's upcoming sequel.
"I've got a comedy out this summer called '7 Days In Hell' with Andy Samberg, which is coming out in July, but I really want to do more of that," the 28-year-old actor said as reported by Marie Claire. Harington is known for appearing in action and adventure films such as "Pompeii" and "Seventh Son". He will be next seen in drama thriller "Spooks: The Greater Good" and TV movie comedy "7 Days In Hell."
Kit Harrington seemed to have enjoyed switching from serious roles to funnier roles because he now wants to be part of the sequel. The website asked the English actor if he would like to be included in the much-awaited comedy. "Of course I would, I'm putting it out there, yeah," he said. "I'd like to play a character in 'Zoolander 2', I don't want to play myself."
In case he gets a role in the second installment of "Zoolander," the actor will be joining the original cast which includes Ben Stiller (Derek Zoolander), Owen Wilson (Hansel), Christine Taylor (Matilda Jeffries), Will Ferrell (Mugatu).
Just recently, Stiller revealed another actor that is confirmed to return in the sequel. According to Cinema Blend, Nathan Lee Graham will be back as Mugatu's assistant. Ben Stiller made the announcement on Instagram. He shared a photo of the actor and wrote "Todd lives @nathanleegraham #Zoolander2."
A week before the 49-year-old director made the formal announcement on social media, the 46-year-old actor already teased his followers about his next movie. Nathan Lee Graham posted a photo of his plane ticket to Rome on Instagram and wrote: "When in Rome do a movie! #artistonroute#Zoolander2"
Other famous celebrities that are confirmed to appear in "Zoolander 2" include Penelope Cruz, Kristen Wiig and Justin Bieber. Kanye West and his wife Kim Kardashian may also do a cameo in the sequel.
