Thanks to his steadily rising career and busy schedule, Benedict Cumberbatch and Sophie Hunter may have to buy their own mansion in Hollywood seeing as "The Imitation Game" star will frequently fly to and from the US soon.
His upcoming movies with Marvel Studios ("Doctor Strange") and Disney ("Jungle Book: Origins") among others will keep him busy in the next couple of years. Will the "Sherlock" be bringing his wife and soon-to-born baby to Tinsel Town to make things easier?
According to Mirror UK, however, the Benedict Cumberbatch and Sophie Hunter will be planting their roots in familiar grounds.
"I am nesting for my family and just living a London life," the publication quoted the Academy Award nominated actor as saying last Saturday.
"I want to live as much a normal life as I can," he added.
Aside from their £2.7 million five-bedroom property in London, the couple also reportedly purchased a "pad" in the Isle of Wight where they were married on Valentine's Day.
How is he preparing for this big event in his life?
Cumberbatch previously shared that he's looking to his friends for guidance to lead a balanced life as a father and as an actor.
He cited his friends "Sherlock" co-star Martin Freeman as well as Daniel Day-Lewis and Mark Strong as great examples of this.
"I think what children do is enhance your life, they don't inhibit it," The Daily Mail quoted him as saying about fatherhood last month. "They don't limit it, they give you inspiration and depths of understanding of the human condition and what it is to be on this planet and what our purpose is, that goes well beyond anything a childless actor could hope for."
He added that he's "excited" to meet his child which will be "a huge part of my life and it'll be the most important part of my life, as it should be."
Benedict Cumberbatch and Sophie Hunter are expecting to meet their first son or daughter in the next couple of weeks, according to The Mirror.
