Fans will have their hands full once the final episode of "Revenge" starts airing this Sunday. According to the final "Revenge" season 4 episode guide, all stories will come to an end this week. Not only those of Emily Thorne (Emily VanCamp) and Victoria Grayson (Madeleine Stowe) but also those of minor characters.
One thing that will surely be addressed is the revival of romance between Emily and her childhood love Jack Porter (Nick Wechsler) who was there in all the missions she went through. The two got back together in the last episode after Emily admitted it is Jack she wants to be with not Ben (Brian Hallisay). In the finale, fans will get to witness something that will perfectly represents the two's feeling for each other, like making out. According to a "Revenge" season 4 episode guide from showrunner Sunil Nayar, this scene will be a 'lovely' moment.
"That's been an inevitability, the two of them coming together," Nayar said an interview with Entertainment Weekly. "It's a lovely moment, but there's still something so dark about the circumstances in which these things happen. It's the scene you've been waiting for, but it's not going to happen the way you expect it to."
As for Nolan Ross (Gabriel Mann) who is bestfriend to both Emily and Jack, he will also get a rightful ending to his journey. Ross served as the wingman for Jack as well as Emily's resident tech guru to help her complete her agenda. However, the more time he spends with Emily, the more he gets hurt with his personal life getting dragged in his bestfriend's revenge game.
"There's always a chance," Nayar said. "We strive to answer that question at the very end of the show. You'll see in what turns out to be Nolan's very last scene whether he does find happiness or not."
