While it's highly unlikely that Waka Flocka Flame would be eligible for presidential candidacy as opposed to his previous announcement, the 28-year-old rapper whose real name is Juaquin James Malphurs is facing a much more believable problem.
Apparently, the former "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star wants to leave his music label and has even launch a campaign called #LETWAKAGO.
Waka Flocka Flame is accusing Altantic Records for being responsible in the delays of the release of his new album titled, "Flockaveli 2."
"Sad that my label holding #Flockaveli2 BACK...!!!!! LET ME BUYOUT MY CONTRACT ASAP #AtlanticRecords." the rapper posted on his Twitter.
"Hashtag #LETWAKAGO."

While some are questioning the said issue, suggesting that it may be just a marketing strategy for the "Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star, he previous told MTV that he "don't want big names" on his new album.
Furthermore, he shared that part of the reason why he has yet to release his new album is because "can't get off the road."
"I haven't been in the studio in like nine months," he explained. "I feel like I want to go to every country and touch the people. Let them realize who I am. I'm not just this guy on Youtube. I feel like I accomplished my goal."
And while his fans would like to hear a mostly EDM album , he thinks that his audience would rather see an "underground Waka" in this new album.
"I feel like my core fans from the earlier stage of my career," he explained. "They want to hear that rap. They want the underground Waka... People be like yo your fans changed. I'm like no nigga, they've always been here. My fans are the same. It's just now I know how to touch different crowds now and I just want to put it all together. I don't want to say I'm rapping for the Whites or the Blacks or the Mexicans or Indians. I just want to do one style of music and everybody listen to it."
Waka Flocka Flame previously announced his presidential candidacy during an interview with Rolling Stone last April 20.
"I'm very pleased to announce today on 4/20, the best day of the year, I will be running for president," he said in his interview with Rolling Stone. "The first thing I'm going to do when I get into office is legalize marijuana."
As per VH1, the following are Waka Flocka Flame's "presidential initiatives:"
- Legalization of marijuana - "presidential kush"
- No dogs in restaurants
- No one with size 13 feet + is allowed to walk in public (feet too big, y'all)
- Education (and all the kids have to learn his lyrics, natch)
