| By

The upcoming OnePlus Two might carry a $400 price tag when it goes official some time in July or September, GSM Arena reported.

Yesterday, CEO Pete Lau took to Weibo, while CEO Carl Pei posted on Twitter to poll out what's the best price for the upcoming OnePlus Two which might possibly run Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset. A user replied $400, and Lau said the price is "reasonable."

''If the OnePlus 2 comes with the @Snapdragon 810, how much should we charge for it,'' CEO Carl wrote.

It was also previously leaked that the upcoming flagship will feature the latest Snapdragon 810 and will run on OnePlus' own Oxygen OS which replaces the Cyanogen OS on the OnePlus One, IB Times reported.

NDTV added that the upcoming flagship may feature a QHD (1440x2560 pixels) and its processor will be supported by a 4GB of RAM. Some rumors also suggest that the OnePlus Two will be opposed from its predecessor OnePlus One and will be smaller and thinner.

The OnePlus was listed on a Chinese e-commerce website and listed its alleged specs which include a 5.5-inch display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor, 32GB of inbuilt storage, 16-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front-facing camera, all backed by a 3300mAh battery. The connectivity options included were 4G networks, GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB and OTG connectivity. (via NDTV)

As for its release date it has been confirmed on a Reddit AMA by the company's executives Carl and David in a Reddit AM that it will be out Q2 or Q3 OF 2015

"OnePlus 2 should be out in Q2 or Q3 of 2015. We've seen a lot of people asking for a smaller device, and want to let everyone know that we hear you. We're thinking about it.
