Is "Grimm" season 4 preparing Adalind (Claire Coffee) to replace Juliette (Bitsie Tulloch) in Nick's (David Giuntoli) life next season?
The Hexenbiest's journey throughout the series has gone from being downright evil to desperate mother-on-the-run. She may be the reason for Juliette's transformation from the good-natured veterinarian to a raging 'biest, but she also sacrificed her own powers to make sure the potion she created with Rosalee and Monroe will work on Juliette.
However, Juliette refused to take the potion that would suppress her Wesen nature. Will Nick finally realize that the love of his life isn't the woman he fell in love with anymore?
Zap2It previously reported that producers of the show wanted to shape Nick's girlfriend into the "Grimm" season 4's big bad.
David Guintoli himself thought the "cool" plot twist was a "great idea."
"It's stuff of religion. They were together, and now it's like the devil and god. The good and evil representation," he reportedly said.
However, if Juliette does continue to rage until next season, does that mean the other Hexenbiest in the picture will undergo a change as well?
Although still Wesen, Adalind's powers have been suppressed thanks to the potion that was supposed to be for Juliette. Will her current situation make her see the Grimm in a new light. After all, she's also carrying his baby.
On the other hand, it seems that Nick isn't interested to become a family with Adalind and their yet-to-born son. In "You Don't Know Jack", he told the pregnant Adalind that no one would be taking this baby away from her anymore. The devastated look on the Hexenbiest's face looks like an indication that she does want to have a complete family of her own.
While digging up her mother, she also told her that she wanted to raise both her children in a normal environment.
Now that Juliette isn't exactly very loving to Nick in "Grimm" season 4, will the next season explore a possible relationship between him and Adalind?
