Will Kit Harington Give Up ‘Game Of Thrones’ When He Meets The Right Woman? Is The British Star Still Single?

| By

Kit Harington's "Game Of Thrones" role has become one of TV's most iconic character.

Fans certainly think he brought Jon Snow to life so well for the series. However, will he be willing to give the legendary role up for anything in the world?

According to the Belfast Telegraph, the 28-year-old heartthrob would be willing to give up work once he feels like he's ready to settle down.

"One of the stresses and strains of the film industry is you're away from home a lot," the TV star reportedly told The Sun. "When I have kids and settle down with someone, I will turn down work and concentrate on them."

Does this mean that Kit Harington will quit "Game Of Thrones" when that time comes?

Hopefully, he won't be thinking of starting a family yet while the phenomenal series is still airing. Harington and other "top rank" stars of the HBO series have reportedly renewed their contracts for two more seasons after season five.

Although there's still no confirmation on whether the show will go on beyond seven seasons, Harington, Lena Headey, Peter Dinklage, Emilia Clarke and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau will at least be staying with the show through its seventh year.

Meanwhile, the "Pompeii" star had been sharing his unease with fame that comes with acting, so it would only be natural for him to want a normal life for his family. On the other hand, he does love acting which reportedly "never feels like work".

The Mirror reported that he had to re-shoot some scenes in his upcoming feature film, "Spooks: The Greater Good" because his own face kept popping up in random buses in the background.

"I'd just hear 'cut' in the middle of a really good scene," the "Game Of Thrones" hunk shared. "He (Bharat) would say, 'Your face is in the background mate.' So, not great!"

In the meantime, the British star is reportedly still single. Kit Harington's "Game Of Thrones" co-star Rose Leslie (who played Jon Snow's lover Ygritte in the series) was the last woman to be linked to him. He was also rumored to have dated Emilia Clarke, who plays Daenerys Targaryen in the series.
