Rumors about Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield's split up started last month. Some publications claim that they are just separated because of work while others reveal that it was the "Birdman" actress that dumped "The Amazing Spider-Man" actor.
The 31-year-old British heartthrob was reportedly in Taiwan to shoot the Martin Scorsese film "Silence" while the 26-year-old actress just finished filming "Aloha" and is now in the post-production stage of "Irrational Man."
"They're both a slave to their schedules. This time last year they were privately discussing marriage," an insider told People. "It's one of those situations where only Andrew and Emma quite know if they'll pick up where they left off or they've separated. They are just separated for work."
A few days ago, photos of the actress holding a paper bag with the name Andrew Garfield written on it surfaced online. Those images started out rumors that the couple has reunited. Unfortunately, those pictures aren't enough to prove that they are back together because they are still often seen on their own.
"Each was spotted out and about doing his and her own thing, and we just wish they would run their errands together like other couples we came to know and love," E! News reported. "Sadly, they still seem to be on a break, and by the transitive property, it's breaking our hearts."
Many fans can relate to that and seeing Emma Stone alone and happy could be a sign that she has already moved on from Andrew Garfield. The star of "Crazy, Stupid, Love" was seen in high spirits as she left the gym in Los Angeles last Monday.
"The actress smiled broadly after leaving the fitness studio carrying in a casual monochrome ensemble of which the focal point was a pair of striking patterned trousers," Mail Online reported. She even chatted with her friends as she made her way towards her car.
Her alleged ex-boyfriend, on the other hand, just wrapped up filming "Silence" and the first photo was revealed by Entertainment Weekly. Now that he has more time, maybe fans can finally see Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield together.
