Maisie Williams And Sophie Turner Friendship Awkward To Other Friends? 'Game Of Thrones' Stars Say Others Don't Get Them

| By

Maisie Williams and Sophie Turner have become household names following their appearance in the hit HBO TV series, "Game of Thrones."

And while their characters, Arya and Sansa Stark have become more prominent in the current season, the girls who already grew up while filming the series talked about their friendship over the years during a sitdown with New York Times.

"We should do more shoots together - that was fun," the 19-year-old Sophie Turner excitingly said of their photoshoot. "Just do like the cover of Vogue, or something small like that," she quipped.

While Turner revealed that her character, Sansa Stark is slowly gaining power over her nemesis, Williams chose to keep mum about Arya Stark, rather she said that growing up in the showbusiness have become normal to her.

"She's a powerful young woman now," Turner said of her character this season. "Rather than being a pawn in everyone else's game, she's playing her own."

"People say, 'Do you ever miss being a normal teenager?' And we don't really know what that is, I guess," Maisie Williams explained. "Because this is normal."

While others think that they have a rather unusual frienship, since they have yet to see each other in shooting again following the beheading of Ned Stark in season 1, the 17-year-old Williams said that they kept their friendship strong over the years.

"Our other friends don't 100 percent get it," Williams explained of their "little girl gang" friendship. "Sometimes it is nice to just be with the one person who does."

"No one else gets it like you get it," Turner told Williams. "No one gets me like you do."
