The latest "Gotham" episode guide says the finale episode of the Fox TV series, titled "All Happy Families are Alike" will see the city's biggest and most dangerous mobs on the verge of war.
Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett Smith) is also set for a return as she is out to settle the score with Oswald Cobblepot (Robin Lord Taylor) who usurped her powers. For Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie), the mobs might not be the only thing he will have to take care of. He might also be occupied by a cat fight between the women of his life.
According to a "Gotham" episode guide from Entertainment Weekly's Natalie Abrams, Morena Baccarin's Dr. Leslie Thompkins, the current lover of Jim, and Erin Richards' Barbara Gordon, his past, will finally come close to each other in the finale episode and this will be a must watch.
"Fish Mooney is not the only woman who will cause Gordon undue stress in the finale, as the love triangle with Leslie and Barbara will come to a head in a big way," Abrams wrote when a fan asked for a "Gotham" finale episode spoiler. The writer also quoted showrunner Bruno Heller about this storyline.
"That is going to bear bitter fruit big time," executive producer Bruno Heller says. "The audience knows a little more about what's going on in that love triangle than Gordon or Leslie. They're going to pay for that ignorance."
