The city will finally witness the face-off between the most notorious mobster there is, as Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett-Smith) tries to avenge her defeat from Oscar Cobblepot a.k.a The Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor).
Series developer Bruno Heller told Entertainment Weekly that the sexy mobster has finally gained her confidence back and is more than able to get her place back in the city where Cobblepot recently takes a hold of.
"Her time away and everything that she's gone through has given her a confidence in herself, and an inner strength," Heller explained. "She comes back at a moment of crisis where Falcone and Maroni are in open conflict with each other. She has the possibility of running the whole town."
However, there is an ongoing rumor claiming that "Gotham" season 1 Episode 22 would be the last of Smith's character and while she refused to answer the 43-year-old actress promised fans that it will be really satisfying.
"I think people are going to have a really good time watching it," she told PEOPLE during Gotham Finale Screening in Los Angeles last Tuesday. "I think the fans are going to be really satisfied."

"See now that's the thing, you have to watch the last episode and then you tell me, she said in an interview with "Good Day LA." " You have to watch the last episode, you have to watch very carefully."

She previously admitted that she has signed on only for a year, but things have changed sis her last statement and anything could happen.
"I signed for a year, and the year is up," she said in an interview with "Live with Kelly and Michael" last month. "But, there are some great things coming ahead on Gotham - believe you me, there's a lot of good stuff coming."
