Ogden credits his success to not being afraid to take risks, making mistakes, facing failure and learning from each, and resuming working in a positive direction - all things he learned through a process of failures, and the process of turning around failures to success. Guided by his mantras - "what you believe you will achieve" and "passion breeds success" - Ogden strongly believes that every success story starts with believing in yourself, and that persistence and dedication are key.
