'Star Wars 7' Plot Spoilers To Focus On John Boyega's Character Finn? 'Attack The Block' Actor Talks About Star Wars Celebration Day

| By

Following the highly successful Star Wars Celebration day, a number of reports showed up claiming a possible "Star Wars 7" plot spoilers.

Warning this article may contain possible "Star Wars 7" plot spoilers!

According to Cinema Blend, J.J. Abrams' "The Force Awakens" could focus on John Boyega's character, Finn.

The publication who quoted Latino-Review's claim said, "Boyega is the character who 'has the story arc that brings him into Star Wars' greater universe' in a narrative that 'has echoes of Luke's arc in A New Hope.' The site goes on to say that John Boyega's character isn't a Jedi OR a Padawan at the start of the movie, but that likely could change if Mark Hamill - as the older, wiser Luke - mentors this powerful man in the way that Yoda took Luke under his felt-puppet wing."

In line with Cinema Blend's possible "Star Wars 7" plot spoilers a fan site called MakingStarWars.net, has released a series of alleged emails from inside the studio revealing more details about the movie.

Apparently the story would go around Mark Hamill's character, Luke Skywalker.

According to the supposed leaked email, the now old Jedi "is in hiding during much of TFA." Apparently Luke is trying to protect an "ancient sith tomb" from the new villain, Kylo Ren.

Adding, "What lies in this tomb is an Ancient Sith Lord who may turn out to be Darth Plagues The Wise."

"Luke, it is revealed, has been experiencing severe mental torture whilst protecting this tomb by ghosts of the past, present and future and he is very unstable as we meet him," the email released by MakingStarWarsNet revealed. "His power is terrifying to both himself and what it could mean for the future of the galaxy. There is talk that Kylo Ren knows how to unlock this tomb as he has self trained himself in the ways of the Sith without the need of a master. It is not mentioned how long Luke has been watching this tomb but it is implied it has been a few years against the better judgement of his friends. Luke isn't crazy so to speak but he has felt the damaging effects this exile has had on him."

If Finn is Luke Skywalker's son, and if the supposed leaked emails are true, then it's most likely that "Star Wars 7" would delve into John Boyega's character.

While the British "Attack the Block" actor remained mum about his character, he did talk about his wonderful experience in the recently concluded Star Wars Celebration day with the rest of the cast and crew of the movie during an interview with EW.

"I knew it was going to be huge, the 23-year-old answered when asked of his expectations from the big event. "I knew it was going to be a surprise for the fans. But there's nothing like experiencing Star Wars Celebration Day. There's just nothing like it. The love, the enthusiasm, the joy. Everyone feels like one body of absolute crazy fandom, and I was so overwhelmed by it."

He then shared that his favorite part of the event was when the cast "all came together and took the photos together."

"You know what stuck with me was the moment when we all came together and took the photos together [at the end.]" he shared. "It's just so symbolic. There's something symbolic about the new generation and the old coming together to take an amazing photo, that is historical. It just really represents what Star Wars is. We're going back to Star Wars, back to the three originals and continuing that legacy. And that moment for me was insane because I'm looking at the crowd, and then I look beside me and I'm seeing Daisy, I'm seeing Mark Hamill, I'm seeing Carrie Fisher, and I'm like, where am I? So that was amazing."
