It's not a secret that Adam Lambert is gay but several other celebrities in Hollywood have not come out yet.
The singer, who recently released his newest club banger "Ghost Town," admitted to Glamour UK that he had been romantically involved with several closeted gay celebrities.
"I've been with a few of them," he revealed. He also shared his views on these men's choices to publicly deny their sexuality.
"Whether's it's music or acting, you've got to remember that those industries are primarily run by men, so maybe it's about that," he added. "But with women being the primary moviegoers and record-buyers, surely it shouldn't matter so much?"
There are only a few people in the industry who have admitted their real sexual preferences and the 33-year-old "American Idol" finalist is one of them.
Although Adam Lambert's gay, he isn't entirely against being with a woman either.
The "Trespassing" singer revealed that he has slept with one of his close female friends and didn't actually hate it. In fact, "it felt great!"
"I did it for the first time when I was 29," he shared. "It was kind of a random thing, but I was very curious."
He added that "there was tequila involved and a full moon and then suddenly [laughs]."
When asked if it could happen again, the singer coyly chose not to reply to it directly. Considering that he enjoyed that fateful night with his friend, he might just try to experiment again. Perhaps without any tequila involved this time?
Meanwhile, his new song, "Ghost Town," was well-received by both music reviewers and the public. His upcoming album, "The Original High," will reportedly be about love and heartache.
Aside from Adam Lambert coming out as gay, British crooner and Grammy Award winner Sam Smith also openly declared his sexual preference when his name became known globally. Lambert even said that he and the "Stay With Me" hitmaker have an "understanding" and that they get along well.
