While fans are patiently waiting to hear the official announcement to George R.R. Martin's "Winds of Winter" release date, the author himself managed to spill some spoilers.
Melty shared the said spoilers claiming that highly acclaimed American novelist released a chapter on Sansa Stark on his website.
The title of the excerpt is called, "Alayne," pertaining to Sansa Stark's alias when she was at hiding at the Vale.
George R.R. Martin shared a piece of the eldest Stark daughter's story where her voice is heard for the first time following the fourth novel "A Feast of Crows."

The excerpt begins with Sansa (Alayne) in the bedchamber of her cousin Robin "Sweetrobin" Arryn.
The was having a conversation of all sorts, but what's interesting is Robin's desire to marry Sansa.
"I don't want you to marry him, Alayne," the excerpt read. "I am the Lord of the Eyrie, and I forbid it." 'He sounded as if he were about to cry.' You should marry me instead. We could sleep in the same bed every night, and you could read me stories."
While it's not clear why Lord Arryn is desperate on marrying Sansa, it's clear that Eddard Stark's eldest daughter thinks otherwise.

Meanwhile, George R.R. Martin is reportedly working doubly hard to bring "Winds of Winter" release date prior to the sixth season of "Game of Thrones."
"I wish it was out now. Maybe I'm being overly optimistic about how quickly I can finish," he said in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. "But I canceled two convention appearances, I'm turning down a lot more interviews-anything I can do to clear my decks and get this done," he said.
And for fans who are worried that the HBO phenomenal series might spoil details from the novel, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, the actor who portrays the the incestious brother of Cersei Lannister, Jamie Lannister, claimed that the TV series would most likely deviate from that of George R.R. Martin's novel.
In his interview with Men's Health UK, the 44-year-old Danish actor revealed that the showrunners of the series are working on a huge difference in bringing the book's major characters to the TV show.
"He hasn't written the books, but he knows how he wants it to end. Well, I think he's written one of them now. I don't know when it comes out but I'd assume soon," Waldau explained.
Adding, "All the details, they're going to have to come up with them themselves. It's going to be interesting because I think the show is going to finish before the last book comes out. There'll be quite a big difference when it does."
And while, George R.R. Martin has yet to announce the "Winds of Winter" release date, he revealed to Access Hollywood, that Game of Thrones" season 6 is already in the works.
"I met with David Benioff and Dan Weiss and Bryan Cogman," he confirmed. "And we had a long talk about some of the stuff that will be included in Season 6, but we haven't started writing that one yet."
Adding that those who have read the novel should not be confident that their favorite characters would be safe in the TV series.
He told Conan O'Brien that "no one is safe" from HBO's hit TV series.
"Even the book readers who say, 'Well, this character is safe, he's not in any trouble because he's still in book five', may have an unpleasant surprise," he revealed.
But while he admitted that he's very much involved with the "Games of Thrones" TV series, he assured fans that he will announce the "Winds of Winter" release date in the right time.
