While fans are still enjoying the improved graphics and game play experience from "NBA 2K15," speculations about "NBA 2K16" release date are all over the internet.
However, based on the history of 2K Sports previous releases, it's expected that the game will be unveiled before the new NBA season starts, which is in November, thus an October release date for "NBA 2K16" is anticipated.
Judging from the recent advancement of "NBA 2K15" it's also speculated that the next installment to the basketball game franchise will now feature and all new full-body scan together with the previously launched face scan.
Reportedly, NBA players from different teams have already went through a scanning process for the game, as seen in these Twitter posts.

Furthermore, 2K Sports also teased fans that "NBA 2K16" will feature a far more better graphics and gameplay experience from "NBA 2K15."
The upcoming game will now feature a life-like gaming experience.
Moving forward, the fans are also clamoring to find out who will be the next cover of "NBA 2K16." And while there hasn't been any official announcement yet, Kevin Durant's successor could either be Houston Rockets' James Harden, Golden State Warrios' Stephen Curry or New Orleans Pelicans' Anthony Davis.
