Zachary Levi and Missy Peregrym like to keep their relationship as far away from the public's prying eye as possible.
However, it seems that there isn't a relationship to keep private anymore since the couple reportedly filed for divorce after less than a year of being married.
The two actors shocked the whole world when they announced their sudden and very private wedding in Hawaii last month.
"That coffee date was UNREAL @zacharylevi #marriedinmaui," the "Rookie Blue" actress tweeted back then, announcing her new status as Mrs. Levi to the world.
However, TMZ recently acquired documents containing the couple's decision to breakup. The divorce papers filed in Los Angeles stated their date of separation on Dec. 2, indicating that the former couple's married life started becoming rocky before hitting the sixth month mark.
Hollywood Life noted that Zachary Levi and Missy Peregrym's divorce doesn't involve any spousal support requested nor settling of any community properties.
Meanwhile, Design and Trend reported that Peregrym had been posting some highly suspicious tweets in the day following the divorce.
"Who am I to live like God is unable to heal my wounds, redeem my circumstances and love me enough? Normal? I choose to receive; I accept," she tweeted on Dec. 8.
When fans expressed concern over her cryptic posts, she promptly answered with a reassurance for her followers.
"Thanks for your concern, however none of my tweets are in reference to my marriage; I just found them thought provoking," she posted again.
Meanwhile, Levi will be appearing in NBC's rebooted superhero series, "Heroes Reborn", as one of the lead cast.
He will be joining returning cast members Jack Coleman (Noah Bennett) and Masi Oka (Hiro Nakamura) as well as other new faces.
