Justin Bieber might have caught a bit of a strong dose of his own "Bieber Fever" during his "Believe" tour in Glendale, Ariz., Saturday night as he vomited on stage in front of all his fans and cameras. (Watch the video below)
During his performance of "Out of Town Girl," Bieber walked down some stairs on to the stage alongside his dancers. He appears fine, but when he's about to do his solo of the song, he turns back from the audience and hunches over. Nothing happens for a second, but then the 18-year-old singer throws up on stage and then immediately runs off to the back.
He returned a little while later and apologized to fans. "It's hard for me, you know, not feeling great and throwing up in front of a bunch of people," Bieber said to a screaming crowd upon his return. "Will you love me even though I'm throwing up on stage? OK, I wanted to give you my best show ever, so do you mind if I finish it?," he asked.
Fans responded by screaming and cheering him on, proving that it takes more than a little sickness and milk for them to not love him. Bieber finished the concert and didn't leave any of his fans disappointed.
He then said, "I'm sorry, I'm going to slow things down," according to USA Today, and played the ballad "Fall" on an acoustic guitar.
Bieber later attributed his illness to first-night nerves and combining too much milk with his rigorous dancing. He posted a shirtless Twitter pic later on, writing, "Great show. Getting better for tomorrow's show !!!! Love u," followed by another post explaining, "And .... Milk was a bad choice! Lol."
Carly Rae Jepsen, whose set preceded Bieber's, returned later to the stage to join him and the duo performed a duet of "Beautiful" from her new album, "Kiss."
