Several "Arrow" cast have left and returned to Starling City.
Some of them had to go because they were killed off while others got to leave because they have been defeated by Arrow (Oliver Queen) or were imprisoned.
If a particular character did not die, then there is a high chance he/she might return, like Manu Bennett's Deathstroke and Cynthia Addai-Robinson's Amanda Waller.
During a round table screening Friday, executive producer Marc Guggenheim revealed at least two "Arrow" cast are expected to be appear in the show's fourth season.
"Arrow" is yet to wrap up its third season with four episodes still left. Deathstroke was the main villain in the second season while Amanda Waller is a recurring character.
"I haven't been informed that [Deathstroke] is off the table," Guggenheim said when asked if the one-eyed villain will return.
"We have Slade Wilson ideas and we talk about it. I know that Manu is shooting another TV series in New Zealand, so there's some practical things but he's not off the table, at least as far as I'm aware."
Guggenheim then expressed his fondness of Cynthia and her character Amanda and revealed there is story arch set for her.
"Amanda's not off the table either," the producer explained. "Cynthia's wonderful; she's a great actress. The challenge that we had with her this season is that she was first on a series called Texas Rising and then when that finished she was on a movie called The Accountant, and Arrow was always in second position because she's not a series regular. So you probably felt us working around her availability. But we love her and we have a story idea for her for Season Four and anything is possible."
Another former "Arrow" cast expected to return is Colton Haynes and his Roy Harper role. Harper left the show last episode after he decided to vanish for good from Starling City to make everyone believe he died in a jail riot while pretending as the Emerald Archer. Haynes tweeted "see you soon", making fans speculate that he is not yet done with the show.
